Hello, NewBoCo friends!
I’m excited to introduce myself as NewBoCo’s K–12 Student Program Coordinator, a role I began in early June. I support our education team by coordinating engaging STEM opportunities for students across Iowa and connecting youth with hands-on learning experiences that spark curiosity and creativity!
This summer has been a busy and exciting start! I attended my very first EntreFEST, participated in Community STEM Day, welcomed young learners to our CoderDojos, and began learning the ins and outs of all the incredible programs we support at NewBoCo. I’ve had the chance to meet amazing students, families, and volunteers, and to see firsthand the impact these programs have in inspiring creative thinkers across the state.
I’m looking forward to collaborating with such a passionate and innovative team here at NewBoCo. Together, we’ll keep creating opportunities that encourage the next generation of problem-solvers, creators, and innovators. Here’s to a season full of curiosity, imagination, and big ideas!
