Early-bird tickets are now on sale for EntreFEST. The two-day conference, celebrating the spirit of entrepreneurialism and innovation, returns to Cedar Rapids in 2024 after two years in Iowa City.
The conference will be held June 13-14 at local venues including the Geonetric Building and the Olympic South Side Theater in the NewBo district. More venues will be announced soon.
“EntreFEST celebrates the collaboration between people who make things happen,” said NewBoCo Executive Director Jill Wilkins. “For the last two years, we got to celebrate that collaboration in Iowa City, and we’re thrilled that now we’ll be bringing it to Cedar Rapids again. It’s such a wonderful event for all of us.”
Early bird tickets will only be available for a one-week period ending March 20. Early bird tickets are $149, a $100 discount from the standard price. Tickets can be purchased at https://entrefest.com/buy-tickets/.
In addition to keynote speakers and panels, EntreFEST features dozens of smaller sessions that cover all aspects of business and entrepreneurship. Attendees will be able to ask questions and interact with speakers directly during those sessions, while happy hours and live entertainment give attendees the chance to network and unwind afterward.
EntreFEST is celebrating its 16th year in 2024. The first ever EntreFEST was held in Cedar Falls in 2008; since then, the annual conference has been held in cities across the state, including Coralville, West Des Moines, Ames, Cedar Rapids, and Iowa City
“These are a couple of my favorite days of the year, because I get to see new and returning attendees come together and build strong relationships,” Wilkins said. “I’m also excited to partner with some of our new businesses in Cedar Rapids, and to bring people into their space for the first time.”
