As we celebrate the anniversary of The New Bohemian Innovation Collaborative, Inc (NewBoCo)., which was founded in August a decade ago, we are excited to embark on a year-long celebration of our 10 Years of Impact. This milestone offers us the perfect opportunity to reflect on the incredible journey our organization has undertaken over the past decade.
Throughout the coming year, we will share stories, host events, and much more to highlight the impact we’ve made together. Our celebration concludes with EntreFEST on June 12th & 13th, 2025. As we look to our future, we’re kicking off our 10 Years of Impact celebrations with a special event: CoderDojo at the Cedar Rapids Downtown Farmers Market on Saturday, September 21st.
This event holds particular significance, as CoderDojo began 10 years ago with a picnic table on the Green Square Park lawn, where our early team members passionately introduced STEM education to our community’s youngest members.
Now, we’re thrilled to return with our full Education Team, offering a comprehensive, interactive learning experience for your child, continuing the tradition that started a decade ago.
