Our Ticket Policy

RETURNS AND TICKET TRANSFERS
  • NewBoCo does not allow refunds.
  • Tickets may be transferred up to the fifth day before the time of the start of the event. Written request must be submitted.
  • NewBoCo honors one discount code per ticket. We apologize that we are unable to (re)apply additional discount codes to previously purchased tickets.
TICKET TERMS

Although we will try to keep to the publicized list of presenters, locations, topics, and contents of the meetings, seminars, and workshops, we have the right to alter any element of the event, including advertised appearances, at our sole discretion.

Neither NewBoCo nor the venue(s) will be responsible for loss or damage to any property (including personal property such as bags, money, or other personal items) you or your invitees bring to, or purchase at the event.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason. In the event of the cancellation of the event, we will provide a refund less an amount to cover the cost of ticketing.

You will be liable for any loss or damage you cause at the event. You must ensure that you and your invitees act in an orderly manner when attending the event. We may refuse entry or remove you or any of your invitees if they are behaving in a disorderly, offensive, or inappropriate manner. There will be no refunds on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the event.

Pursuant to your booking, we will, unless specifically directed otherwise, include your name and basic contact information on participant lists that will be available to all attendees. Your name and basic contact information will also be collected and provided to other companies with whom we contract to provide necessary services to the event, such as electronic ticketing and event communication and scheduling services. Further, we may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, credit card or payment details, telephone number, and the names of all ticket allocations. We may need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under applicable privacy laws and regulations. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we will handle your personal information. NewBoCo intends to conduct interviews, photograph, and record video of the events, including presenters and participants. This material may be used in printed and digital publications and other media. This material may also appear on NewBoCo’s website and other promotional or marketing channels and brochures for future educational events or programs. If you do not wish to have your photo taken please indicate so to the NewBoCo staff, photographers, or videographers at the event.

The education and information given at NewBoCo events are intended for a general audience and do not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific legal, accounting, business, or investment advice tailored to any individual or business. It should not be assumed that the methods, techniques, or indicators presented in the seminar will be profitable or that they will not result in losses.

While the presenters at events are participating at the request of NewBoCo, the opinions expressed are their own, NewBoCo, nor any of its officers, directors, employees, or representatives, assumes any responsibility for the accuracy or appropriateness of any information provided at the event by the presenters.
