February 10th, 9AM – 3PM

While Computer Science is one of the fastest growing majors today, women make up only 18% of graduates. We can change this and have fun at the same time!

Encouraging Girls to Experience Computer Science

In February 2016, we held the first girls-only code camp in Iowa. The event exceeded our expectations – more than 50 middle and high school girls attended! We’ve since decided to support a variety of programs state-wide aimed at encouraging girls to experience and consider careers in computer science.
