Be inspired by the next generation of innovators! Join us as over 30 LFS Youth members present their creative business ideas and innovative solutions to address community challenges. They’ll share their concepts with you and invite your feedback on the feasibility and potential impact of their ideas.
About the LFS Youth Program
The Youth Leadership for Five Seasons Program is comprised of 30+ Cedar Rapids Metro area high school students each year that demonstrate leadership qualities and have a concern for their community.
LFS Youth Presentation
These 35 high school students participate in the Corridor’s premier leadership program. Through 8 days of in-depth learning from August through March, the program has introduced these select students to “community needs, opportunities, problems, and resources” and facilitated their engagement with “community leaders, decision-makers, and each other.”
Before the presentation, the students will create new business ideas and solutions to community problems. Then, they’ll be sharing these inspired ideas with YOU to get feedback on the feasibility and effectiveness of their ideas.
