Ai and machine learning

The AI and Machine Learning unit in Code.org’s CS Discoveries course introduces students to fundamental concepts in artificial intelligence and machine learning through engaging, hands-on activities. In the unit, students explore how AI systems work by examining real-world applications such as recommendation algorithms and image recognition. This unit aims to demystify AI and empower students with a foundational understanding of how machine learning drives innovation in various fields. Open to all 5th – 9th grade teachers. 

Cost breakdown:
One Workshop: $30

Four Workshops for one educator will receive a $20 discount.

Four workshops for up to 10 teachers from a district would be a discount of $100 to be $1,100 total.

CS Modules:

NewBoCo Education, in partnership with Code.org, is excited to offer four virtual training modules for 5th–9th-grade educators across the country. These sessions are designed to empower teachers with tools and resources that bring computer science into their classrooms through engaging, hands-on units.
