Hot Diggity Dogz is a mobile hot dog cart located in Dubuque, Iowa. We specialize in Chicago-style hotdogs and Polish, and Italian beef. We also sell a homemade butter cookie from a family recipe that has been around for two generations. We’ve been in operation since August 2019 and are still going strong. We originally got started because I was unfairly demoted from my job after working my way up the ladder for seven years. Then, I realized that some big companies don’t care about us. Their only concern is increasing numbers and not cultivating the individual. With this business, we want to build generational wealth and pass down a company to our sons; something my father couldn’t do for me.
What is the Purpose of This Loan?
I’m applying for this loan to help renovate our first brick-and-mortar location. Our building is located at 1902 Central Ave in Dubuque, Iowa. We will use these funds to fix the walls, buy new flooring, and purchase a steam table, refrigeration, and signage. The impact of this loan will be tremendous for our business and will be truly instrumental in the growth of Hot Diggity Dogz. It will also allow us to fast-track renovations to sell more of the product we love!
