I started dealing with insurance early on in life given that my dad was 50 years old when I was born. I was the one that handled his Medicare and medical bills starting at the age of 16. I ended up getting a job with a local insurance company, and when I started selling Medicare, I truly enjoyed helping my clients understand their options.

I personally never thought I would be in the insurance business. I went to school for Accounting. I started working in insurance in 1999 and have been in every aspect of the insurance industry. I started in claims, went to underwriting, worked for a brokerage company, submitted claims for a DME company, sold Medicare, and now I have my own business selling every insurance product there is.

I enjoy meeting with people and making sure they understand their coverages and know what their options are. I found out when I started selling Medicare that there are a lot of people that don’t have the help to make informed decisions. I’m very motivated in helping people make the right decisions for themselves and their future. Every client is different, and every client’s needs are different, and I enjoy helping them figure out the best fit for them personally.

My business is an insurance agency that offers auto, home, commercial, health, and life insurance, as well as financial services. My office is located in Rock Island, Illinois. I started this business in February 2021 to help clients meet their financial and insurance goals. I currently have a part-time assistant that I would like to get to full-time within the next year. I would also like to hire a sales associate to handle all of my home and auto-new business. Within 2 years, I would like to hire a bi-lingual sales associate.

What is the Purpose of This Loan?

The purpose of this loan is to help with hiring a new sales associate and increase my current assistant’s hours from 20 to 40 a week. By doing this, my business sales will be able to grow at a faster pace to cover some of the overhead expenses of hiring more people.
